Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is a defect in the printing, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at martindesignservices@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a refund with our production partner.

Lost Packages
If an order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production partner. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
